Compliance with regard to the
REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL

Eco d’Ambi is obliged by French law (loi 87.962 du 30 novembre 1987 rélative à la prévention et à la répression de recel et organisant la vente ou l’échange d’objets mobiliers) to keep a handwritten book (the so-called “Registre de Police”) of all purchases, mentioning the nature of the bought item, their price, date of purchase and the name and address of the seller. This book must be kept as long as the items are in stock and must be available to the French police and other official law enforcement institutions. Eco d”Abi complies with this obligation and does not distribute this information to any third party.
No record is kept of buyers of goods of Eco d’Ambi, other then their e-mails and their payment by bankaccount. These data are kept by the e-mail-providers and the banks. For tax-puposes only, a yearly list of sold items is produced, with links to their bank-payments. These lists are destroyed after the legal obligation to keep these records (as prescribed by the French tax laws) will be expired. No information is distributed to other parties than the tax related institutions. Eco d’Ambi itself doesn’t keep any data of buyers or sellers, other than the data mentioned above.
Eco d’Ambi has just one website: www.ecodambi.eu, which provides an entry to all Eco d’Ambi related websites. None of these websites use “coockies”, “hidden pixels”, and/or similar tracking and/or storing devices. Eco d’Ambi is not active on mass-media sites like Facebook, Linked-In, SnapChat or alike. Eco d’Ambi doesn’t distribute newsletters by mail or by e-mail and no list is kept of people that may be interested in services provided by Eco d’Ambi and/or in receiving newsletters.
Eco d’Ambi’s internetprovider Netissime keeps anonymous statistics of the number of visitors and the links by which the visitors enter Eco d’Ambi’s main website and websites related to Eco d’Ambi, for about one year. Over a period of about 3 days Netissime provides to Eco d’Ambi the IP-adresses of all visitors, including the pages they downloaded. Eco d’Ambi itself does not copy and/or store this information and any data about visitors will be erased to Eco d’Ambi by Netissime within a few days.
