Franz (Francis) Keglevich was the husband of the sister of the director of the court theater "Hoftheater Burgtheater" in Vienna, Wenzel count Sporck, and was 1773-1776 chairman of the committee for financing the court theater "Hoftheater Burgtheater" in Vienna.
In 1809, he or another Franciscus Keglevich promised to the Emperor Francis a particular exchange rate between gold in natura and gold coins or silver coins, because he had got gold in natura 2 years before the bankruptcy of the state of Austria in 1811.
